SRC Calibration Laboratory

SRC has a complete laboratory with specialized technical personnel for the calibration of all types of temperature sensors, thermostats, thermometers, indicators, temperature regulators and devices with analog inputs (4-20 mA, 0-10Vdc, etc.) for industrial or laboratory process control, using certified and traceable standard instruments and sensors. Thanks to our modern technical means, we have a fully automated sensor calibration system that allows us to perform calibrations with total precision, adjusting to the needs of all our customers. Calibration procedures and certificates are carried out according to our standards or according to the specific demand of our clients.

What is a calibration certificate?

Lately we have been receiving many inquiries at SRC from clients who are not sure what type of Calibration Certificate they need. We are going to try to clarify what a Calibration Certificate is, what its function is and the three most commonly used types of Certificates. Many times we think that a calibration certificate is simply a piece of paper that the auditor asks us for on the day of the audit (which by the way we remember them a week before the audit), a serious mistake. A Calibration Certificate is a VERIFICATION OF THE MEASUREMENT ERROR of any control instrument.
