Temperature regulators
In SRC We have several models of temperature regulators for simple or precision control processes. These devices have a signal input for temperature measurement (PT100, thermocouple or analog) and a control output using relay, SSR either analog to control different regulation equipment.
Regulation equipment
These temperature regulators command equipment such as contactors (these are the equipment with less durability and precision), solid state relays (good durability and precision) and proportional power control equipment (excellent durability, precision and energy savings). SRC recommends this last system together with a precision temperature regulator since in the medium term it represents considerable savings in maintenance (longer duration of electrical resistances) and energy (avoids voltage spikes).
How to choose a temperature regulator
The temperature regulator is an essential part of the entire control system, and the entire system must be analyzed to select the appropriate equipment. The following elements should be considered when choosing a regulator:
1. Input sensor type (thermocouple, RTD) and temperature range
2. Required output type (electromechanical relay, SSR or solid state relay, analog output)
3. Necessary regulation algorithm (on and off, proportional, P.I.D.)
4. Number and type of outputs (heat, cool, alarm, limit)
Types of temperature regulators
There are three basic types of regulators: ON-Off, proportional and PID. Depending on the system to be regulated, the operator may use one type or another to control the process.

SR Series Controller
Temperature and process regulators designed with precision inputs and several types of selectable outputs. These Controllers work with ON/OFF or PID control. The SR series have basic outputs (Relay, SSR, Analog) and are manufactured for precise control at an appropriate cost.
FY Series Controller
Temperature and process regulators designed with high precision inputs, various types of selectable outputs, useful options and great reliability. These Controllers work with a Fuzzy PID algorithm. The FY series has basic outputs (relay, SSR, Analog) and special outputs (motorized valve control, direct control of triac or thyristors, ramp programs, etc.).
Digital Thermostat SR322
72 x 36 mm temperature indicator with 3-digit display fully configurable for temperature inputs or analog signals. It has 2 relay output alarms and 12Vdc power supply for transducer. The versatility, reliability and low cost of these displays make them suitable for visualization and control processes in all types of machinery.
RAIL DIN process regulator
Rail Din temperature and process regulator with digital display designed for multiple control applications. It is a din rail temperature regulator fully configurable by PC with all types of adjustable inputs and outputs. It has an RS 485 MODBUS / RTU PC connection and configuration software for PC in a Windows environment.
