Bien que son fonctionnement soit suffisant, sa r\u00e9ponse peut \u00eatre quelque peu lente par rapport \u00e0 d&#039;autres types de capteurs de temp\u00e9rature.<\/p><p>Le fonctionnement des thermocouples est bas\u00e9 sur <strong>deux fils m\u00e9talliques de mat\u00e9riaux diff\u00e9rents<\/strong> reli\u00e9es \u00e0 une extr\u00e9mit\u00e9, appel\u00e9e jonction chaude ou jonction de mesure.
