Ce capteur PT100 est le c\u0153ur sensible \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de tout thermom\u00e8tre \u00e0 r\u00e9sistance. Outre le mode de montage, ce sont ses caract\u00e9ristiques qui d\u00e9terminent essentiellement les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s techniques de mesure du capteur.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-43babfc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"43babfc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Caract\u00e9ristiques des sondes PT100<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a59707d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a59707d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L&#039;augmentation de la r\u00e9sistance du PT100 n&#039;est pas lin\u00e9aire mais croissante et caract\u00e9ristique du platine de telle mani\u00e8re qu&#039;au moyen de tableaux il est possible de trouver la temp\u00e9rature exacte \u00e0 laquelle il correspond. Normalement, les sondes PT100 industrielles sont fabriqu\u00e9es encapsul\u00e9es de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que les thermocouples, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur d&#039;un tube en acier inoxydable ou autre mat\u00e9riau (gaine).<\/p><p>\u00c0 une extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 se trouve l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment sensible (capteur RTD) et \u00e0 l&#039;autre se trouve la borne \u00e9lectrique des c\u00e2bles prot\u00e9g\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur d&#039;un bo\u00eetier rond en aluminium (t\u00eate).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d77159 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5d77159\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Construction et exploitation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f240866 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f240866\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Selon le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication, la partie bobin\u00e9e thermosensible du capteur PT100, constitu\u00e9e d&#039;un fil ou d&#039;un ruban de platine, est encapsul\u00e9e dans un corps en c\u00e9ramique ou en verre, ou d\u00e9pos\u00e9e en fine couche sur une plaque de c\u00e9ramique. Les bornes de l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment de mesure sont reli\u00e9es \u00e0 la partie r\u00e9sistive active de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 les rendre insensibles aux vibrations.<\/p><p>Dans le cas de plusieurs sondes PT100, les bobines individuelles sont identifi\u00e9es par la longueur diff\u00e9rente de leurs paires de bornes. Le principe de fonctionnement des PT100 repose sur la modification de leur r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lectrique, qui varie en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 laquelle elles sont soumises. Les valeurs DIN s&#039;appliquent \u00e0 une r\u00e9sistance nominale de 100 ohms. La stabilit\u00e9 en temp\u00e9rature du capteur PT100 par rapport \u00e0 ses valeurs mesur\u00e9es satisfait ou d\u00e9passe \u00e9galement les exigences de la norme DIN IEC.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-478a468 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"478a468\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Types et assemblages de sondes PT100<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ceb3d6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9ceb3d6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pour obtenir une mesure de temp\u00e9rature fiable avec une sonde platine PT100, ses caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques et techniques (dimensions, forme, r\u00e9sistance aux vibrations, plage de temp\u00e9rature, temps de r\u00e9ponse, r\u00e9sistance d&#039;isolement, etc.) doivent \u00eatre adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la classe de mesure et aux conditions d&#039;application. Les mod\u00e8les les plus courants sont constitu\u00e9s d&#039;un tube de protection en acier inoxydable dans lequel est log\u00e9 le capteur et qui comporte une sortie par c\u00e2ble, connecteur ou embase.<\/p><p>Outre la plage de temp\u00e9rature du PT100, le montage d\u00e9terminera la plage de temp\u00e9rature de la sonde PT100.<\/p><p>Outre la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lectionner le mod\u00e8le PT100 appropri\u00e9, le montage \u00e0 l&#039;endroit o\u00f9 vous souhaitez mesurer est d&#039;une importance particuli\u00e8re. Cela n\u00e9cessite un haut degr\u00e9 de connaissances, c&#039;est pourquoi nous recommandons les conseils de notre technicien d&#039;application.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-54f63b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"54f63b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Avantages des sondes PT100<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a123dc8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a123dc8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les PT100 \u00e9tant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus chers et m\u00e9caniquement moins rigides que les thermocouples, ils sont plus performants, en particulier dans les applications \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature. (-100 \u00e0 200\u00b0). Les capteurs PT100 peuvent facilement fournir des pr\u00e9cisions d&#039;un dixi\u00e8me de degr\u00e9 avec l&#039;avantage que le PT100 ne se d\u00e9compose pas progressivement en donnant des lectures erron\u00e9es, mais s&#039;ouvre plut\u00f4t normalement, apr\u00e8s quoi l&#039;appareil de mesure d\u00e9tecte imm\u00e9diatement la d\u00e9faillance du capteur et donne un avertissement.<\/p><p>Ce comportement est un grand avantage dans tous les types d&#039;appareils o\u00f9 un \u00e9cart de temp\u00e9rature non d\u00e9tect\u00e9 pourrait causer de graves dommages. De plus, le PT100 peut \u00eatre plac\u00e9 \u00e0 une certaine distance du compteur sans trop de probl\u00e8me en utilisant un c\u00e2ble en cuivre conventionnel pour faire l&#039;extension. Cela d\u00e9pendra du type de connexion pour minimiser les pertes de signal, nous allons les montrer ci-dessous.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-08541b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"08541b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Pr\u00e9cautions d&#039;utilisation des sondes PT100<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c59e32b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c59e32b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il est courant dans les environnements tr\u00e8s humides que les c\u00e2bles se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorent et que le courant passe entre eux \u00e0 travers l&#039;humidit\u00e9 condens\u00e9e. M\u00eame s&#039;il est minime, ce courant de \u00ab fuite \u00bb fera appara\u00eetre le lecteur \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature plus basse que la temp\u00e9rature r\u00e9elle. Ces fuites peuvent \u00e9galement provenir de la rouille, de l\u2019humidit\u00e9 ou de la poussi\u00e8re recouvrant les bornes.<br \/>De la description faite des m\u00e9thodes de mesure, il ressort que contrairement aux thermocouples, il n&#039;est pas possible de connecter 2 unit\u00e9s de lecture \u00e0 une m\u00eame Pt100 puisque chacune fournit son courant d&#039;excitation.<\/p><p>Lors de l&#039;achat d&#039;un capteur Pt100, il convient de garder \u00e0 l&#039;esprit qu&#039;il existe diff\u00e9rentes qualit\u00e9s et prix pour l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment de capteur qui se trouve \u00e0 l&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du capteur Pt100. Les meilleurs sont fabriqu\u00e9s avec un vrai fil de platine, alors qu&#039;il existe des capteurs bon march\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 base d&#039;une peinture conductrice sur un substrat d&#039;alumine (c\u00e9ramique), ces derniers \u00e9tant moins pr\u00e9cis.<br \/>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, un Pt100 ne doit pas \u00eatre mont\u00e9 dans des endroits soumis \u00e0 de fortes vibrations car il est susceptible de se fracturer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5da35ca elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5da35ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Raccord pour sondes PT100<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f20aef3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f20aef3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">- PT 100 2 FILS -\u00a0<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-474ba05 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"474ba05\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0Le moyen le plus simple de se connecter (mais le moins recommand\u00e9) consiste \u00e0 utiliser seulement deux c\u00e2bles. La seule condition est que les trois fils pr\u00e9sentent la m\u00eame r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lectrique, le syst\u00e8me de mesure \u00e9tant (presque toujours) bas\u00e9 sur le pont de Wheatstone. Naturellement, le capteur de temp\u00e9rature doit \u00eatre compatible avec ce type de raccordement.
