de la plage de pression d&#039;un transmetteur de pression, deux facteurs doivent \u00eatre pris en compte\u00a0:<\/p><p>1- Pr\u00e9venir la destruction due aux surcharges caus\u00e9es par les basses gammes<\/p><p>2- Maintien de la pr\u00e9cision ou signal de sortie trop faible en raison d&#039;une plage de pression trop large.<\/p><p>Un regard sur les fiches techniques de diff\u00e9rents fabricants r\u00e9v\u00e8le trois concepts diff\u00e9rents concernant la plage de pression d&#039;un transmetteur de pression :<\/p><p>\u2013 Fonctionnement nominal<\/p><p>\u2013 Travail en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/p><p>- D\u00e9chirer<\/p><p>Diff\u00e9rents fabricants peuvent utiliser des termes l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rents (et vous devez toujours demander une d\u00e9finition pr\u00e9cise), mais en principe il existe une compr\u00e9hension commune des concepts. Il est important de garder \u00e0 l&#039;esprit que ce n&#039;est que dans la plage de pression nominale que toutes les valeurs sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es dans la fiche technique sont applicables. Cela est particuli\u00e8rement vrai si vous avez affaire \u00e0 des valeurs de pr\u00e9cision\/erreur. Une fois que vous d\u00e9passez la plage de pression nominale, les valeurs de la fiche technique ne sont plus vraies et peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9pass\u00e9es, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire que le signal de sortie ne peut plus \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour obtenir des mesures pr\u00e9cises.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fea9330 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fea9330\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Que se passe-t-il si l&#039;utilisateur s\u00e9lectionne une plage de mesure beaucoup plus large, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire s&#039;il n&#039;utilise qu&#039;une fraction de la plage de pression nominale, par exemple 10 bars pour un capteur de 100 bars\u00a0?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bb07b65 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bb07b65\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ce n&#039;est pas un probl\u00e8me majeur. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, la plupart des param\u00e8tres de pr\u00e9cision, tels que la lin\u00e9arit\u00e9, la r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9, l&#039;hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis, etc., sont relatifs \u00e0 la valeur mesur\u00e9e, et non \u00e0 la pleine \u00e9chelle.<\/p><p>Sa valeur maximale est d\u00e9finie dans la fiche technique et exprim\u00e9e en pourcentage de la plage de pression nominale, mais l&#039;erreur en service diminue en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 avec l&#039;utilisation.<\/p><p>Si la lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 (ou plut\u00f4t : la non-lin\u00e9arit\u00e9) est de 0,1% de la pleine \u00e9chelle (valeur finale), cela signifie qu&#039;un capteur de pression de 100 bars peut subir un \u00e9cart de 0,1 bar par rapport \u00e0 la ligne id\u00e9ale et que cela devrait se produire quelque part au milieu de la plage, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 50 bars.<\/p><p>Mais lorsque la mesure est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 seulement 25 bars avec le m\u00eame transmetteur, l&#039;\u00e9cart par rapport \u00e0 la lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 devrait atteindre non pas 1 bar, mais seulement une fraction de cette valeur.<\/p><p>En effet, si vous souhaitez utiliser un capteur de 100 bars pour mesurer une pression de 0 \u00e0 50 bars, l&#039;erreur de lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 attendue entre 0 et 50 bars serait d&#039;env. 0,025 bar et devrait \u00e9voluer autour de 25 bar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b81e0dd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b81e0dd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Et qu&#039;en est-il de la r\u00e9solution du transmetteur de pression process ?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98aa41a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"98aa41a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La seule limitation restante \u00e0 prendre en compte est la r\u00e9solution de votre \u00e9quipement \u00e9lectronique recevant les signaux, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire la carte d&#039;entr\u00e9e analogique de votre automate ou l&#039;entr\u00e9e ou l&#039;affichage de votre instrument.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dans la plupart des cas, ce n\u2019est plus un probl\u00e8me aujourd\u2019hui, car ils offrent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une r\u00e9solution de 12 bits et plus.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Si nous reprenons notre exemple pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent et supposons que nous n&#039;utilisons le capteur que jusqu&#039;\u00e0 25 bars, cela nous donnera toujours une r\u00e9solution de 10 bits (dans le cas d&#039;un convertisseur A\/D 12 bits), offrant une r\u00e9solution de 0,1% 0 \u2026 25 bar (= 0,025 center;\"><strong>Il est tr\u00e8s important de choisir la plage de pression appropri\u00e9e pour chaque application, ce qui n&#039;est pas difficile puisque les transmetteurs de pression modernes offrent un grand nombre de plages parmi lesquelles choisir.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Il est plus important de prendre en compte la surpression de chaque application que de s&#039;inqui\u00e9ter d&#039;une pr\u00e9cision ou d&#039;une r\u00e9solution r\u00e9duite.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
